We’re on the hunt for a Project Lead who brings the oomph to rally teams, craft killer youth-culture campaigns, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. You lead by example, champion your crew, and always put the client first

Your quests

  1. Build, inspire, and guide a cross-functional LATAM squad on strategy, creative, ops, and socials, all toward one shared goal reporting directly to the regional lead
  2. Define clear roadmaps, milestones, and decision-making frameworks so everyone knows the path (and the checkpoints)
  3. Feed brainstorming sessions with fresh youth-culture insights from Twitch trends to meme lore to keep campaigns on point
  4. Jump into the trenches on kickoffs, client calls, asset reviews, or that last-minute deck polish whatever it takes to get across the line
  5. Translate feedback into action, advocate for brand voice, and make every deliverable feel like a custom drop for your audience
  6. Track KPIs, flag risks early, and pivot smartly because success for us is more than just launch day hype
  7. Coach your teammates, spotlight wins, share learnings, and build a culture where everyone levels up together
  8. After every campaign, toast the wins, dissect the glitches, and feed insights back into the next big thing
Your abilities
  • You’ve led projects or small teams in marketing, agency, or in-house roles (3+ years)
  • You live and breathe gaming, esports, or youth culture with a Latin-American twist
  • You think both big picture (brand narrative) and micro (spreadsheet-fine timeline)
  • You’re a diplomatic fire-starter: you drive decisions without bulldozing people
  • You excel at client dance-steps: listening, translating needs, and setting realistic expectations
  • You thrive on feedback loops. You give it, you get it, and you turn it into fuel for better work
  • You’re fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus) and comfortable with remote collaboration
  • You’re not afraid of grunt work. If it needs doing, you dive in first and show the way
  • You’re can travel in the Americas (LATAM/US) and potentially to our HQ in Europe
  • You drive projects on-budget and optimize resource flow to hit every milestone
