Your quests

  1. Act as the main contact for client partners proactive, responsive, and always a step ahead.
  2. Turn client goals, vague ideas, or voice notes into clear project briefs that spark the creative process.
  3. Track timelines, oversee deliverables, and flag potential issues before they become real ones.
  4. Coordinate with strategy, creative, production, and external partners so everyone moves as one.
  5. Stay cool-headed in high-stakes moments, managing expectations, pushing back when needed, and solutions focused.
  6. Identify ways to deepen client relationships, unlock new work, or bring added value to every interaction.
  7. Don't be afraid to get your hands dirty carrying the supports and supporting the carries.
Your abilities
  • You’ve managed creative, comms, or experiential projects in a client-facing role for 3+ years
  • You are a jack-of-all-trades and a master of a few
  • You’re fluent in the language of brands, decks, deadlines, and deliverables
  • You write and speak with clarity, tact, and purpose whether it’s internal or external
  • You understand how to work with creatives, strategists, and producers without slowing them down
  • You can juggle multiple projects and personalities without breaking a sweat
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked in gaming, esports, youth culture, or brand activation spaces
